CANCELLATION, SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND POLICY
We understand that circumstances change. This policy explains how cancellations work for OSHO TAO classes, subscriptions and individual mentoring.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
Online cancellation rights
Depending on where you live and the law applying to your purchase, online purchases may include a statutory cooling-off period.
For example, UK and EU consumers will normally have a 14-day cancellation period for many online service contracts, subject to certain exceptions.
If you expressly request that a service begins during that period and then cancel after services have been provided, you may be required to pay a reasonable proportion of the price for the service already received.
Weekly and monthly subscriptions
Some OSHO TAO classes are offered through recurring weekly or monthly subscriptions.
The price, billing frequency and renewal arrangements will be shown before you subscribe.
Unless stated otherwise, a recurring subscription continues and the relevant subscription payment will be charged automatically until you cancel it.
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time.
Unless statutory cancellation rights require otherwise, cancellation will normally prevent the next renewal payment from being taken and access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payments for a subscription period that has already begun are not normally refunded simply because you choose not to attend the available classes during that period.
This does not affect your rights if the service has not been supplied as agreed.
Individual mentoring sessions
Individual mentoring sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge by giving at least 24 hours' notice.
Where less than 24 hours' notice is given, or you do not attend the appointment, the session fee is normally non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply.
Courses and fixed programmes
Where a separate course or fixed-length programme is offered, the cancellation terms shown when booking will apply.
Any cancellation charge will be reasonable and will take account of services already supplied and any genuine loss caused by the cancellation.
Payment processing costs
Outside any statutory cooling-off period, where a refund is due, non-refundable payment-processing costs actually incurred as a direct result of the transaction and refund may be deducted where permitted by law.
This is intended to recover a genuine cost rather than impose an additional cancellation penalty.
Cancellation by OSHO TAO
Every reasonable effort will be made to provide classes and sessions as advertised.
Occasionally it may be necessary to change a teacher, date, time, format or other practical arrangement.
If a paid session or service is cancelled and a suitable alternative cannot be provided, an appropriate refund or credit will be offered.
Where an ongoing subscription service is discontinued, future recurring payments will be stopped.
How to cancel
Please use the contact details provided on osho-tao.com, or the cancellation facility associated with your subscription or customer account where available.
Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
